Where does Prints & Props ship to?
At the moment, we are only able to ship to countries within the EU. We hope to be able to ship worldwide in the future! Note that shipping costs are added at check-out, not in the shopping cart.
Shipping within Sweden
Shipping within Sweden is €7.
Shipping within the EU
Shipping within the EU is €10 (except to Bulgaria, Czech Republic and Bulgaria, see below).
Shipping to Bulgaria, Czech Republic and Bulgaria
Shipping to Bulgaria, Czech Republic and Bulgaria is €12.

When will I receive my order?
Orders are normally processed within 3-5 business days and transit delivery times vary by your location.
Please write to firstname.lastname@example.org before returning any items. Prints & Props' return period is 14 days and only applies for faulty or damaged goods. Prints & Props shall, if under the jurisdiction of our return policy, replace the items or refund you what you have paid for the item as soon as possible, but latest within 10 days of the faulty or damaged product being returned to us.
It is appropriate that the consumer controls the delivery to verify that this is accurate and error free. At the complaint, the customer contacts us and gives information relevant and the reason for complaint.
You can return the product within 14 days of delivery. Costumer pays for delivery costs when returning or switching products. The product must be in the same condition as it was when you received it. Remember to read the description of each item carefully before buying, as they have been previously loved and therefore some items are for example chipped or have patina.
Make sure to include contact information with the return and if possible, please provide us with a tracking number. We suggest you get a receipt and a package ID for the return from the delivery service, as it makes it easier to follow the return shipment if needed.
We will make a refund of eligible returns. If you paid by invoice, we will need a bank account number to transfer the money back to. The easiest way is to e-mail it to us along with a brief description of your case.
If there is something wrong with the product that we failed to mention in the description or show in the photos, or if we delivered the wrong product we will stand for all costs.
Returning a Package
Please contact email@example.com before returning any items. If a returned item is shipped international, please clearly mark the package 'RETURNED GOODS', to avoid any Customs charges. We are NOT responsible for any return Customs charges made. Any charges incurred are the responsibility of the customer.
Want to switch to another product?
Contact us before returning and send us an e-mail telling us which product you want instead. Costumer pays for delivery costs when returning or switching products.
If the product is lost or you, upon receiving, notice that the item has been damaged during transport, you should immediately report this to us.
Unclaimed packages will be returned to us. For all unclaimed packages you will be debited all fees in connection with the return delivery.
